Full Disclousre: This was the first time I’ve EVER tried frog legs.
To be honest this was the first time I’ve seen frog legs in this form.
I think the biggest comment I got was, “they look like little booties”. Which is kinda true. When it came to the seasoning, the meat consistency was similar to chicken but a little lighter. Not as dense.
So I hit it with a classic cajun rub with a hint of sweetness. For maximum flavor I tossed them in a vacuum sealer bag to lock in all that flavor. I did the same thing for these shrimp kabobs. But its not about the shrimp, it’s about these frog legs.
When it came to grilling them, since the consistency was similar to chicken I knew this would be a breeze. The taste was pretty good, I think the grill and adding a lot of flavor with the vacuum sealer helped with the process.
