Friday is Pizza Night

If I could eat pizza everyday, I would. I’m pretty sure i’m not the only one who feels this way. One thing that does make me feel better about my pizza addiction, is the fact that I make my pizza at home, from scratch. I can “doctor up” the ingreidents and monitor what got into each slice. And it start with the dough.

I will add a little bit of basil or oregano to my dry yeast and then a little bit of parmesan and Romano cheese to the dough for a bit of flavor kick. The great thing about this process is, it doesn’t take long for dough to rise. Which means pizza in your mouth sooner than you think.
