Wednesday Night Dinner: Turkey Bowl

INGREDIENTS

16oz package of turkey meat

1/2 green pepper 

1/2 head of broccoli 

1/2 red pepper 

1/4 white onion

1/3 cup of corn

1/2 can of pineapples 

1/2 cup of quinoa

SPICES: Garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper.
