Chef Zay: Private Dinner
One of my goals that I set out for myself when I started to this whole cooking brand thing, was to figure out how I can incorporate an in-home cooking service with an overall experience. I enjoy cooking and I typically get a few questions on the dishes I make when I post them on my social media. So I thought about offering a cooking service for small dinners, catered brunches and even some small “how to’s”. This was my first gig below. She had a menu in mind and wanted it to be pescatarian based. Which is perfect because I love to cook seafood. She also had enough food for a second dinner for the following night. Which I think she enjoyed as well.
Appetizer: Mini Crab Nuggets
“I had the most amazing experience having Chef Zay cook in home for me! The food was amazing, vibes were cool and dessert was so good I made myself sick I ate so much! I’m already planning my next appointment!”
Dinner Entree: Sweet hoisin salmon with honey balsamic vinegar brussel sprouts, southern mac and cheese with garlic and herb mash potatoes.
Deseret: Blueberry crumble
