Spicy Scallops & Shrimp Carbonara
Veggies: Red peppers, Mushrooms, Minced Garlic, Green Onions and Parsley
I’m sure you can tell by most of the items I post I’m a huge fan of seafood. This was the first time I decided to do scallops along with shrimp but I wasn’t too sure how I wanted to go about it. Spicy is always great, then I thought something salty but still earthy. Out came this concoction.
Combining the carbonara with a spicy kick. Throwing some mushrooms with peppers, a little bacon with parsley. The main seasoning was a cajun blend that wasn’t too over powering.
