Jumbo Shrimp Street Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw & Honey Sriracha Sauce

Happy Cinco De Mayo!! Since this joyous holiday fell on Taco Tuesday this month, it was only right for me to post this shrimp taco recipe. As a kid I hated, hated, hated, coleslaw but this simple ingredient adds the perfect textures to this bite sized appetizer. The sriracha sauce adds a nice kick and spicy balance to the slaw.


Lime Cilantro Slaw: Cabbage, Cilantro, Red Onions, Jalapeños Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper.
